Welp, it’s been raining in Boston for almost a week straight, and if you’re anything like me – when there’s bad weather, you’re all about dressing for comfort! It seems that fall weather is completely upon us here in Boston, with not much warning, as usual. We went from 80 degree days to 50-60 degree days, which always comes as a shock. I spent the week putting away many of my summer dresses and tank tops, and got out many of my scarves and sweaters that I’ve had in under the bed storage. True life: I also have even more scarves in a trash bag in the trunk of my car because Boston’s lack of storage space in apartments is no joke LOL. Kinda embarrassing to admit that haha but oh well!! For those of you who think my life is glamorous, think again haha.
This leather jacket I bought from Zara last year is seriously one of my most favorite items in my closet, but unfortunately almost only gets worn in the fall since it’s usually too cold here to wear it in the winter, and I tend to wear more browns than blacks in the Spring. It’s faux leather, but the quality is great considering it’s not real leather. I love the ribbed detailing around the wrists as well as on the shoulders. It also zips up in the front, but I tend to wear it unzipped more often, because I like how it drapes in the front when unzipped. I’ve linked some similar leather/faux leather jackets that I’m in love with.
Also, these sneakers are everything I could ever want in a pair of sneakers. Geoff got me these last Spring, and I’m totally obsessed. They’re perfect for a work out (although not the best for runs) and also look amazing with jeans. I can never seem to get enough pairs of black sneakers, but these are my absolute favorite pair I own (similar pair here). I hope you guys have a great week!!
